DRILL COLLAR

The drill collar is mainly used to provide the weight on bit to drill the well and keep the drillpipe in tension to prevent buckling. Drill collar also can keep drill bit centralized and hole track by large rigidity.

JerryMetals' drill collar has premium quality with two optional of hot forged and rolled processing. Futhermore, we can produce none standard drill collars according to our customer's various requirements.

All threads can be phosphated, copperised or cold rolled. All threads are machined with CNC Lathes-Double-shouldered and a special thread. All connections are equipped with press steel thread protectors.

Elevator and Slip Recesses:
Optional slip and elevator recesses are available to improve handling and safety. These two features can be used together or separately. These options are cut as per API recommended practice 7G.
